CANCELLATIONS for bookings up to 50 guests All cancellations must be provided in writing to T.W.G and directed to inbound.tours@trippaswhitegroup.com.au Cancellation more than 48 hours prior to Booking date: No cancellation applies for bookings up to 50 pax Cancellation between 48 hours to 24 hours prior to Booking: Cancellation Charge equivalent to 50 per cent of the total booking fee is applicable Cancellation less than 24 hours prior to Booking: Booking will be treated as a no-show and charged in full CANCELLATIONS for bookings over 50 guests All cancellations must be provided in writing to T.W.G and directed to inbound.tours@trippaswhitegroup.com.au Cancellation within 60 days Deposits paid converted to credit for future bookings Cancellation within 30 days All payments forfeited Final confirmation of pax numbers required at this time (7 days) Final invoice based on confirmed numbers. Any amendments from this time treated as no-shows CANCELLATIONS for bookings over 100 guests All cancellations must be provided in writing to T.W.G and directed to inbound.tours@trippaswhitegroup.com.au Deposits are fully refundable should you cancel in writing with more than 90 days notice. Cancellations between 89-60 days 50% of the deposit refunded and 50% withheld as a cancellation fee. Cancellations between 59-30 days 25% of the deposit refunded and 75% withheld as a cancellation fee. All payments become non-refundable within 30 days. NO SHOWS – Any guest that does not attend in accordance with their booking is treated as a no-show and charged in full. Refunds or rescheduling not available.
