If travellers do not have an Australian mobile number at the time of booking, the travel agency must include their WeChat，Whatapp contact details in the booking notes when submitting the reservation.
An Australian mobile number must be provided prior to departure to ensure smooth communication with the tour guide.
Pre-Departure Contact Arrangements
On the day prior to departure, our staff will contact the lead traveller via SMS. Please ensure that the provided mobile number is active and able to receive calls and text messages.
Meeting Time Notice
The meeting times stated in the itinerary are for reference only. The final and confirmed meeting time will be provided in the official “Departure Notice” sent via SMS one day prior to departure.
No-Show Policy
If a traveller fails to appear at the designated meeting location and time specified in the “Departure Notice” on the day of departure, it will be deemed a voluntary forfeiture of the tour. No refund will be provided.
Group Boarding Arrangements
For groups of 10 persons or more wishing to board at the same designated location, a request may be submitted at the time of booking. Approval of an additional pick-up location will be subject to the actual itinerary and vehicle arrangements on the day of departure.
Insurance Advisory
For the protection of your own interests, travellers are strongly advised to purchase appropriate personal travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances or medical needs that may arise during the tour.
